A BBS hours log for the week your supervisor signs
AMFT, ACSW, and APCC associates can share one sheet. The California config tracks direct clinical counseling (minimum 1,750), couples, families, and children (minimum 500, inside the direct total), non-clinical experience (maximum 1,250, and supervision you receive counts toward that cap), telehealth as a subset of direct work, and individual, triadic, and group supervision.
Progress bars show the 3,000-hour total, supervised weeks toward 104, and weeks that included at least an hour of individual or triadic supervision toward 52. Nothing on the log names a client. Export the weeks as CSV, or print one week with signature lines.
Another state can use generic mode. Type that board’s totals. The verification note stays on the config either way.
